Board Affairs carried out by the Secretary General Nurettin AŞIKHAN until the 1970s; Our University was officially established under the name of “Board Affairs Office” with the decision of the Executive Board dated 22.01.1974 and numbered 28/3 and the Senate dated 29.01.1974 and numbered 24/13.
